What you would do

  • Analyse how farmers actually use the platform, and turn that into changes we ship.
  • Design flows that work on a mid-range Android phone on a weak connection, for someone who may be reading their second language.
  • Work on the 17 platform modules — from soil analysis and crop recommendation through to market prices and the season record.
  • Build the reporting that tells us whether a change helped or not.

Who this fits

  • You can hold a user in your head who is not like you.
  • Some SQL, spreadsheets, Figma, or analytics tooling — you do not need all four.
  • You would rather test an assumption than argue about it.

Hours, and being straight about pay

The programme is fully remote and open worldwide. It runs 20 hours a week on US Eastern time, so check the overlap with your own timezone before applying — outside the Americas that means evening or early-morning hours. It is a learning-focused programme: supervised projects, mentorship and regular feedback, a completion certificate, and a reference based on performance.

Compensation and eligibility vary by country and by local employment and university regulations. We will tell you where you stand before you start, not after.
