What you would do
- Find and test routes to farmers — cooperatives, extension networks, agri-input retailers, farmer producer organisations.
- Run outreach and report honestly on what converted and what did not.
- Research the market across our three live countries and the ones on the roadmap.
- Help shape the story we tell, without overclaiming what the product does.
Who this fits
- You are comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
- You write clearly and follow up without being told to.
- You would rather report a channel that failed than dress it up.
Hours, and being straight about pay
The programme is fully remote and open worldwide. It runs 20 hours a week on US Eastern time, so check the overlap with your own timezone before applying — outside the Americas that means evening or early-morning hours. It is a learning-focused programme: supervised projects, mentorship and regular feedback, a completion certificate, and a reference based on performance.
Compensation and eligibility vary by country and by local employment and university regulations. We will tell you where you stand before you start, not after.
