DETROIT, Mich. — June 2026 — AGRIVISION AI (legal entity Agrivisionai Inc), an AI-first technology company building intelligent products for global agriculture, today announced its launch and the start of development on its flagship product, YieldAI Global — an AI-powered crop intelligence platform designed for agricultural extension workers and the farming households they serve. The company is building in public and is sharing its progress openly as the product moves through active development.

Across India, Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, a single agricultural extension worker is often responsible for advising roughly 1,200 farming households — typically with no real-time data and no AI tools to support decisions on crops, weather, pests, or markets. AGRIVISION AI is building YieldAI Global to close that gap. The platform is designed to serve 40-plus countries through a multilingual, voice-first interface, putting timely, grounded agronomic guidance within reach of the people who advise farmers on the ground.

YieldAI Global is being developed around four specialized AI agents — a crop advisor, market intelligence, weather, and field visit — built on a routed multi-model LLM stack. Capabilities in development include AI crop advisory using generative AI with retrieval-augmented generation over agronomy sources, live weather and pest and disease alerts, real-time mandi prices benchmarked against the Minimum Support Price (MSP), and automated field-visit report generation from voice notes. The technical approach centers on a three-layer RAG system grounded in agronomic primitives from sources such as ICAR, FAO, and state agriculture departments, CLIP-based vision for pest and disease identification, and a continuous evaluation harness spanning factual accuracy, safety, and cultural-appropriateness tracks.

AGRIVISION AI was founded in May 2026 by Vijesh Reddy Golamari, who serves as Founder, CEO, and AI Architect. Born in Hyderabad, India, in 2000, Golamari moved to the United States in January 2023 to pursue a master's degree. He is a Generative AI Engineer and Technical Lead at Symplore Inc, and brings experience building production AI systems, including LLM evaluation and red-teaming, open-weight model fine-tuning and distributed training, CLIP multimodal vision, enterprise generative AI with retrieval-augmented generation, and end-to-end machine learning with recommendation systems.

The thing that kept nagging at me is that the person advising a farming household at the exact moment a pest shows up almost never has data or a model in their hand. We have the AI to change that now, and it felt indefensible not to point it at the people growing the world's food.
A single extension worker carries something like twelve hundred households. That's not a user you scale to one at a time; that's a lever. If you make one of them meaningfully better at their job, the effect lands on a thousand farms at once, and that math is what made me start the company.
I spent five years building production AI systems, and I'm grateful for every bit of it, but I kept building incredible systems for problems that were already well-served. At some point you have to ask whether you want to make the comfortable parts of the world slightly more optimized, or take the same tooling somewhere it's never been.
The hard part isn't the model, it's being right in the language a farmer actually speaks, often by voice, where a confidently wrong answer can cost someone a season. That's why we built an eval harness that grades not just factual accuracy but safety and cultural appropriateness, and why everything is grounded in real agronomy instead of whatever the model feels like saying.
We're live but still early, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise; we're building this in public, one capability at a time. But the long bet is simple: forty-plus countries, the people advising farmers, and an AI that finally speaks their language and knows their soil. If we get that right, the rest follows.

How are you thinking about the business model?

We're still in the open-question phase on monetization, and I won't pretend otherwise. The starting hypothesis is to deliver value to the extension layer first — the workers who each advise roughly 1,200 farming households — and figure out durable models from there, whether that's institutional, public-sector, or partnership-based. Pricing and go-to-market come after we've proven the product genuinely helps in the field; revenue isn't the thing we're optimizing for at this stage.

Why build this now?

The capabilities that make a credible AI advisory possible — strong multilingual LLMs, retrieval grounding, and affordable multimodal vision — have only recently matured enough to be trustworthy for high-stakes agronomic advice. At the same time, a single extension worker still advises around 1,200 households, usually with no real-time tooling, so the gap between what's technically possible and what's actually deployed in the field is wide. That gap is the opportunity, and it's why this is the right moment to build.

Who are your competitors, and how do you see the landscape?

There's an active agritech and digital-advisory space, from government extension programs to point apps for weather, prices, or pest ID. Our bet is less about any single feature and more about grounding: a voice-first, multilingual system built specifically for the extension worker's workflow, with agronomic advice that's retrieval-grounded in ICAR, FAO, and state-department sources and continuously evaluated for accuracy and safety. As a live but early-stage entrant, I'd frame us by that specific thesis rather than as someone displacing incumbents today.

I'm Vijesh Reddy Golamari — founder, CEO, and AI architect of AGRIVISION AI, and a Generative AI Engineer and Technical Lead at Symplore Inc. I was born in Hyderabad in 2000 and moved to the US in 2023 for a master's. What's the hardest technical challenge you're facing?

Factual reliability across many languages and 40-plus countries, for advice where a wrong answer can cost a farmer a season. We're building a routed multi-model stack with a three-layer RAG grounded in agronomic primitives from sources like ICAR and FAO, CLIP-based vision for pest and disease identification, and a continuous evaluation harness with separate factual, safety, and cultural-appropriateness tracks. Getting advice that's correct, safe, and culturally appropriate in a farmer's own language and context — not just fluent — is the real engineering problem, and it's why we're being careful before we ship.
